Welcome to the Wentzville Holt Regional Dance Competition! We’re thrilled to host an exciting day of talent, teamwork, and unforgettable performances. Below you’ll find everything you need—from registration to event details—to make your competition experience seamless and inspiring.

Step One:

Click the link above to register online for the competition or to download any invoice. Please note that there are three entry categories: TEAM, SOLO and SPECIALTY. Deadline for entries or changes is DECEMBER 1st, 2025.

Step Two:

Complete your team’s registration by submitting full payment no later than December 1st, 2025. No refunds will be offered after December 5th, 2025. The competition will not be cancelled due to inclement weather, so please plan accordingly. If you are paying by check, please make all checks out to “Holt High School Dance Team.” All payments should be mailed to:

Step Three:

Email a .jpg photo of your team to be included in the Holt Invitational program book. When sending, please include the name of your school and your team name in the subject line (e.g., “Holt Varsity”). All pictures should be emailed to Wentzvilleholtdanceteam@gmail.com by December 10th, 2025.


Step Four:

If your team is interested in purchasing Holt Invitational apparel, ordering information will be available starting October 15th, 2025. More information will be provided soon All apparel orders are due by December 1st, 2025. Extremely limited quantities will be available on the day of competition.
